When we introduced Ask Dave, we offered you a unique premium service that no other PCB manufacturer could match. We guaranteed your order delivered in 48 hours or your money back - and £1,000 of ours as compensation. This service has proved to be a great success and kept us ahead of our competition so we have extended it to a 72-hour turnaround at lower rates, but with the same guarantees. In the four years we have been offering this service, we have only missed our deadline three times. Axiom Manufacturing Services was the second customer not to receive an order within 24-hours when using the Ask Dave service in 2008. The order was delivered the following day, but Axiom was presented with a £1,000 cheque and received the job for free!
Ask Dave criterion
Order and clean Gerber data to be received at Spirit Circuits by 9am for commencement as day one, (48-hour service) and 10am for commencement as day one, (3 day service)..
We will respond by 10 am, (48-hour service) and 11 am, (3 day service) to confirm that it meets order criteria.
Product will be despatched on pre 9am courier service, and tracking number will be emailed to you. Spirit Circuits will not be held responsible for the courier service performance.
- Time starts from settlement of all technical queries.
- Service is based on standard 2, 4, and 6 layer technology and colours i.e. FR4, green solder mask and white/yellow ident.
- Finishes can be HASL, Nickel/Gold, or Immersion Silver.
- Maximum quantity will be 4 Spirit Circuits manufacturing panels.
- Boards outside of this technology range will be subject to confirmation.
